🎟️ Tickets are £9 and to be paid upon arrival.

🏃‍♀️The Route: Starting from The Beach cafe in Littlehampton, we will be running a 6k route all together down the beach.

🦺Safety: Remember this is a fun run and not competitive, please consider other runners at turning points and be patient around the bends.

We will be running along the beach, please give way to pedestrians and be aware there may be dogs on and off of leads

🥤Post Run Refreshments: Energy drinks available before and refreshments served back at the beach after the run, this is a chance to get to know your fellow disco runners!

👜Bags: Guests are welcome to leave their bags in our Activities area changing room. However, we recommend not bringing valuables if possible, bags are left at your own risk.

👟Correct Shoes and Clothing: Please make sure you wear appropriate running shoes for running on sand and dress appropriately for the weather. Don’t forget to bring layers if the weather is cool and a waterproof coat if there’s rain on the forecast!

💃Party attire also recommended and encouraged🕺

🙋‍♀️Turning Points and Stewards: Turning points will be clearly marked and each will have a steward stationed at these points, wearing high-visibility jackets. Please follow their instructions and signals to ensure everyone stays on the right path.

💊First Aid: Your safety is our top priority. All our stewards are trained in first aid and will be ready to assist in case of any medical issues. If you feel unwell or see someone who needs help, don't hesitate to approach a steward.

🚙Parking: Mewsbrook Park Car Park opposite the cafe is the easiest place to park and is free after 6pm.
